Customers on ProductMix own scores. One of the important modifiers of the customer score, is persona compatibility.
The score of a customer will be higher, if he/she matches the predefined persona. Steps to manage personas can be found below.
Steps to create personas #
From your ProductMix Dashboard open the Products section and click Personas.
Press Create persona.
Fill in the following fields and click Create.
1) Title: give a title to your persona.
2) Description: insert some details about the persona such as Images, URLs, Tables, and Text. The content of the personas can be customized as per your needs using provided tools.
3) Country(s): select appropriate country(s) for your persona.
4) Age(s): define the age gap for the persona.
5) Gender(s): add gender(s) to your persona.
6) Job Title(s): select appropriate job title(s) from the list.
7) Income($): set the income for the persona.
Steps to customize personas #
Created Personas can be found under the Personas in the Products section.
The following actions are available within the personas list:
Edit: simply use the button to edit the persona.
Delete: click on the button to delete the persona.
